The way I do this is I figured this is like this. Full energy full stamina what ever it is. Have been the rank fearless so your mafia can promote you to wheel man Once a wheel man you should be able to spend no energy on some jobs this is very key when you do the same job many a times. So basically the way I start is I have all my meters full stamina and energy its good to have more energy then your stamina but its good to have a good sum of stamina because it too goes up with time. But this will make it so you are always leveling up no matter what. So you start by going to New York to the boss section. You want to have a 10% better in mastermind and Wheelman in your mafia. This should make it so the Job Travel to old country just under 50 and payout close to or over 90 basically from there you do this job until you are out of energy. From there go to fight and go in the new robbery mode. From there fight and use all of your stamina even if you are loosing fights. When you clear a board you get xp. Pretty much if you do it right you should be not even having to fight and your energy should just keep getting you level ups and then keep putting stats towards energy unless stamina is under 200 and ya. I moved up from 545 a day ago to 740.
