How are people cheating and leveling so quickly in Mafia Wars?

I’ve been playing MW for monthssss.. I’ve at level 390… but levels 90,000+ are killing me… it would take 25+ yrs to get that high playing fairly… Any answers??
Please quit sending me links to pages you want me to pay for info…

I’ve been playing for awhile and feel your pain. I have a friend that started on Oct 30th. He’s 223 level now, mastered all of NY except 3rd level of Boss, and mastered the first 4 tiers of Cuba and the first tier of Moscow.
He also has finished nearly all of the NY collections and has all the Cuba ones as well. Though he’s maxing out Energy alone feeling that equipment will save his hide. He hasn’t needed to use a single energy pack yet. Sure this might catch up to him since later on he won’t get character points for any more jobs completed, achievement awards, etc. He’s not worried though.
So he has played 5 days and averaged over 40 levels a day. He also only spent his GF points once (at first not knowing what they did). It’s possible to get a high level, maybe into the 1000+ easily by doing jobs.
