There are some great forums that are very useful to visit. If you want to really accelerate your learning process, visit some of the forums listed here. I would not spread yourself out too thin. You want to develop relationships and friendships with other players. This game is not really as dirty as the street version. You will find most people very helpful and interested in seeing you succeed at Mafia Wars.

Don’t spend too much time in the forums. It’s more fun to play the game than read about the game. Make sure that you get a hold of a good Mafia Wars Cheats guide to really accelerate your playing and leveling.
