MAFIA WARS, Level 29 – 195 mafia size – Mogul. My properties have a large UPKEEP, how do I fix it?
Level 31 now; I bought more properties, someone told me to buy MAFIA MIKES (because they cant get robbed) It reduced a little, but not much. I purchased alot of weapons (chain guns & tommy guns) because they have the best defense. Is that causing the UPKEEP?

Recruit more people.
This will help out in many areas than just upkeep. If you add more people then you can get more Mafia Mikes. Yes, they can’t be robbed but they also give a better ROI (return on investment). Basically you get the cash you paid for it back quicker with this than other properties.
When you get more people, try and get higher level people. They won’t need items like Ru-38 Pistol (Att 20, Def 24). You can also ask for midlevel items like Street Gang Member (Att 20, Def 14), and Mara Serpiente (Att 24, Def 18).
You really only need about 20 Chainguns maximum for requirements to do jobs in Underboss and Boss tier in New York. Keep in mind that you can only use as many weapons as your mafia size currently is. So if you bought, let’s say, 200 each of chainguns and tommyguns, then that’s just like throwing away your cash.
