At level 99 on Mafia Wars, you can buy "Bonus Weapon", a Panzer tank, a helicopter and a Jamaican island, does anyone know the costs of these items? Exact costs only please =)

In mafia wars, I know that for giving 11% button man bonus you need to be at level 300. Likewise, what are the requirements for giving 10% or 9% bonus? Is there a table giving this mapping between the bonus percentage and level/fights won. Also, is the same information available for other top mafia positions?
