What is the best way to leveling and gaining power in mafia wars?

I’ve been looking for the same answer and it looks like there is nothing else to do but increase your mafia size and play a lot. The thing about having lots of people in your mafia is that when you do a job you gain experience for you AND your mafia. So if you are in a lot of your friends’ mafias then their experience points will help you to gain levels as well. so find a friend of yours that’s high and ask to join up with them or do some searching on ppl who aren’t your friend to be in your mafia too- I’ve found most people will gladly accept mafia friends just for that reason.
