What Mafia Wars jobs (Boss Level) use the Untraceable Cell and Illegal transaction records?

I’m at Level 102 and a few levels away from unlocking new jobs. Everyone at higher levels are desperate for Cell Phones and Trans. Records as it takes many to complete Boss jobs. Which Boss jobs require them and how many per click?…. (and what’s the loot drop?) THANKS!
